needless to say, one of the biggest opportunities given to china is the 20 olympic games. till now, we have used two sevenths of the preparation time. how much changes have you seen? new roads, new subway lines, public-eercising equipments with beautiful colors, large blocks of grass fields, and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.
other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the olympic games that cannot be seen directly. for eample, more and more people will get to know china. i’m sure the mysterious chinese culture will attract them strongly. and the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. what is more, olympic games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of chinese youth with the olympic values and the olympic spirit. now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?

有多少教科书就有多少种关于团队的解释，1994年，管理学家斯蒂芬·罗宾斯首次提出了“团队”的概念：团队就是由两个或者两个以上的，相互作用，相互依赖的个体，为了特定目标而按照一定规则结合在一起的组织。百度把团队定义为：由员工和管理层组成的一个共同体，该共同体合理利用每一个成员的知识和技能协同工作，解决问题，达到共同的目标。还有人说：团队就是为了实现共同目标而相互协作的个体组成的工作群体。下面，我们来寻找这些概念的交集——目标、协作、个体、共同体，合并同类项后我们可以把团队浓缩成这样一个概念：有着共同目标的个体通过相互协作组成的一个共同体。
1.关于目标：
首先，团队应该有一个既定的目标，为团队成员导航，知道要向何处去，没有目标这个团队就没有存在的价值。对于每一个目标，你需要设定一个你认为合适的时间框架。这就是你的十年计划，五年计划，还有你的一年计划。其中一些目标因为你的年龄、健康、经济状况等可能会有“搁置期”，这些你需要花一些人力、精力和时间来辅助达成。
关于目标管理有这样一个寓言故事：
唐太宗贞观年间，有一头马和一头驴子，它们是好朋友。贞观三年，这匹马被玄奘选中，前往印度取经。
17年后，这匹马驮着佛经回到长安，便到磨房会见它的朋友驴子。老马谈起这次旅途的经历：浩瀚无边的沙漠、高耸入云的`山峰、炽热的火山、奇幻的波澜……神话般的境界，让驴子听了大为惊异。

2.关于协作

3.关于共同体
团队作为每个个体组成的一致行动的共同体，如何实现集体价值最大化呢?这里，我想套用北京精神的影响力，诠释一下我心中应有的团队精神。如果说所有生活在北京这个城市的我们是个大团体，北京精神赋予我们每个个人的是“爱国创新包容厚德”，那么对于每一个工作、生活中的小团体，团队精神赋予我们的又是什么呢?——我想，它会是“热爱团队之家、力争创新团队、包容你我、厚德载物”爱团队：团队应该是每个个体的归属感所在，爱团体才能有共同为实现整个团队目标所共同奋进的原动力。热爱我们赖以生存的集体，把团队利益放在首位，你才会有团队的自豪感、荣誉感、责任感、幸福感。在中海阳，我们每一个部门中每一个小小的团体其实都在一齐为中海阳这个大的共同体增添光热，只有对每个小团队充足的爱与希望，凝聚成对这个大家庭最真实的爱，心甘情愿的奉献我们个人的每一分力量，才能同心协力的为它的发展壮大添砖加瓦。
团队创新：创新之于民族，它是一个民族的灵魂，一种民族精神。创新之于
团队，它是一个团队的精髓，一种团队生命力。随着科学技术日益更新，无论是科研领域还是生产部门，每一项新成果的诞生，都是集体智慧的结晶，都体现着创造者的灵魂和精神。创新分为两个阶段：创意的产生和创意的实施。最初的创意往往来源于个人，却是在团队的实施行为中将其实现。所以说，创新源于团队，完美于团队。
创新需要每个成员充分发挥个人潜力，鼓励创新、允许矛盾、充分民主、极大限度的发挥自我，使团队逐渐形成一套属于我们自己的管理体系和工作氛围。在培养团队成员个人创新性的同时极大的培养团队整体创新精神，才能使我们的团队逐渐形成有效的战斗力。所以，从现在开始，1、鼓励并给团队成员充分的空间发挥自己的专长特长，慢慢建立技能互补、各有所长的团队。2、打造良好的团队工作氛围，形成积极向上的团队愿景、团队文化。3、建立一套适合自己团队的管理制度，在有约束的同时显示着充分的自主性，赋予团队成员适度的自由发挥空间，尽情展示其风采。
