今天我演讲的题目是《劳动最光荣》。
同学们我们都知道5月1日要放假，可是大家知道它到底是什么节日?为什么要放假为什么要举国欢庆呢?
“五一”节其实就是五一国际劳动节，是全世界劳动人民共同的节日。每年的“五一”国际劳动节，都成为我们赞美劳动者、歌颂劳动的节日。
我们现在还是小学生，纪念“五一”国际劳动节，首先应当牢记自己的学习使命。培养高尚的情操，掌握丰富的知识，学会更多的技能，为将来成为一名优秀的劳动者打下坚实的基础，知识就是力量，今天我们学会的知识越多，将来就能为祖国、为人民作出更多的贡献。
我们应该从小养成爱劳动的好习惯。在家里，自己的一服自己穿，自己的床铺自己叠，自己的书包自己理;在学校，积极打扫卫生，时刻保持换进的整洁;在社会上，积极参加力所能及的公益活动，培养自己的适应能力。

劳动是没有高低贵贱之分的。当太阳还未升起的时候，被誉为“城市美容师”的清洁工早早的来到自己的岗位上，为城市扫去了垃圾，却怎么也扫不去两鬓不断生长的银发;那些建筑工人冒着严寒酷暑，将一砖一瓦盖成大楼大厦。瞧!那些高楼大厦是多么的雄伟壮观!我们的老师把自己的知识传递给我们，使我们一个个踏上了成功之路……
这些不都是别人辛勤劳动的成果吗?这凝结着汗水的劳动成果，理所当然受到尊重。
然而，有些人却不这么做：走在大街上随地吐痰，随手扔垃圾，即使不远处就有垃圾箱，也不肯多走一步;上课不专心听讲，做小动作;走在花园里践踏草坪，使环境得到了破坏……等等，诸多令人寒心的不文明表现，他们如此不尊重别人的劳动成果，难道我们不觉得这些人是可耻的吗?

good evening ，ladies and gentlemen: thank you very much for choosing to come in such a cold night.today my topic is about choice and process.a research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day.with so many choices one day， people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. in my opinion， the following part is of much more importance than the choice. there is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life， which the process makes the difference. life is a box of chocolate，you never know what you will get. forrest gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. the process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ，the caution， courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. take myself as an example， i changed my major when i became a postgraduate. after the choice，days have been harsh for me.i cannot understand the new lessons at all.
for they are closely related to mathmatics which i learned nothing about before. however wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself，i persisted. i asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life. gradually i could understand some parts and even found maths interesting.moreover， i learned to act instead of complaining. in retrospect，the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life. no matter what the choice is， enjoy the process. in the process， your potential will be inspired and new discoveries，improvement and progress will come to you. these are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it.these make your life colorful. there is no need and i donnot want to judge whether it right or wrong for me to be here，but i congratulate to myself for i gain and enjoy this fantastic experience. so my dear friends，never worry about your choice and enjoy the process. i am sure you will get something new and intersting tonight after you chose to come here. thank you!

为了进一步做好安全教育工作，现提出以下几点要求：
1、注意校内安全：要注意课间文明游戏，不大声喧哗，不追逐打闹，不嬉戏，上体育课前要作好准备活动，运动时要遵照老师的要求，不剧烈碰撞，不违规运动;不乱动教室内的电源插座 ，信息课上要按规定程序操作电脑。
2、注意交通安全：现在马路上车辆越来越多，我提醒同学们在上放学途中注意交通安全。请同学们不要在马路上踢球;不在马路中间行走，过马路时注意来往车辆;在十字路口，要做到红灯停、绿灯行;不够骑车年龄的不能骑车上街、骑车不带人、不在公路上骑飞车。
3、注意活动安全：在周末外出玩时要注意远离建筑工地、道路等存在安全隐患的场所;不到坑、池、塘、沟、河流、施工重地等不安全的地方玩耍;不玩火，不燃放烟花爆竹，防止意外伤害。不进入网吧、电子游戏厅等未成年人禁止活动的场所。出门一定要告知父母，告诉他们你和谁在什么地方玩，要注意时间，不要很晚到家，以免父母担心。
4、注意饮食安全： 同学们购买食品要看清楚生产日期、保质期、生产厂家及地址，不购买“三无”食品;不在校门外和街头流动摊点购买零食，防止食物中毒。
5、提高自我保护意识和能力：同学们受到意外伤害，很多是没有想到潜在的危险、没有自我保护意识造成的。我们只要不断增强自我保护意识、提高自我保护能力，就能有效地避免和预防意外伤害。放学后按时回家，不再街上逗留，不要相信陌生人的话，受到不法侵害时及时打急救电话或110得到帮助。

高个儿的自信在于他可以利用自己的优势去完成矮个儿无法完成的事情，而不是以庞然之躯屹立在矮个儿面前，然后不屑地说：“看，我多伟大!”，而矮个儿更需要卓然超群的自信，毕竟我们存在的价值不在于向这个世界展示我有多高，而在于展示我们灵魂的高度。每个人都可以找到令自己自信的一面，关键在于你有没有一双与众不同的眼睛。在这个物欲横流的社会，也许年轻人都很自信，因为他们都是十分的酷非常的帅，在理发店，理发师忠告我“年轻人应该尽量把头发留长点”，是的，我赞成，这样的确够酷够帅，但是自信应该从这里建立吗?大家有没有想过，在很多人一味的追求酷和帅的同时，他们是否也忽略了什么?年轻人更需要的是精神，是阳光向上的一面，这才是年轻人真正的自信所在，同时也是我能够从容地站在这里的原因之一。
也许我的看法有一定的片面性，但任何事物都不是完美无缺的，因此，我自信自己的言论也有有价值的一面，那么，就将这仅有的一点价值送给大家吧!

as the famous russian litterateur lev tolstoy said, “ideal is the beacon. without ideal, there is no secure direction; without a direction, there is no life.” so there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible will connect with our most treasured dreams? maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. to others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. so make our dreams a part of our reality. and make our reality a part of our dreams. there is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.
as a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do .but everyone must see the reality clearly at first. your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse (交往、交流), your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.
further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追逐our dreams. do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!
