第一、课间休息有序不打斗。课间主要是休息的,听到下课铃声后,同学们应该轻声漫步走出教室,可以适当活动或做一些有益的游戏,不要做不卫生、不健康、不安全的游戏,更不要打架斗殴、出拳踢脚,谁受伤了都不好。有的同学相互追跑,有的同学用学习用品作武器相互比划、打斗,还有的同学头靠头的趴在地上玩游戏,这些活动都会给别人造成伤害。

尤其是那种辣条,那是由豆干和一些香精等化学品做成的。如果一个人在一间屋子里吃了一袋辣条,当你进屋里时就会闻到一股有点发臭甚至让人感到恶心的味道。如果小孩子经常食用这种东西的话,就会总生病,而且导致不爱吃饭,体质下降等一些症状。不光是辣条,每一种小食品都会对人们的身体健康带来严重威胁。
现在大街上还有卖炸串的.,烧烤等食品,这些东西都是用油炸或者是烟熏制成的,对人体的危害特别大。
如果长期食用这种东西的话,就会让人发胖,生病。因为第一,油炸食品中一定会有油的,正因为有大量的油,那些常吃炸串的人就会发胖,因为油多了的话,就不会转变成营养,而是脂肪,脂肪一旦多了的话就会发胖。所以尽量少吃这种油炸食品,最好是不吃。
第二就是烧烤,有的人说,炸串有油,那烧烤也没那么多油,吃了也没多大的事,这种说法是错误的。烧烤虽然没那么多油,但烧烤是烤出来的,烤时又有致癌物质,吃多了会得癌症的。所以这种东西最好也不要吃
